Thank you so much for sharing your post on staying positive and what it takes in order to try to cut out as much negativity as possible within your own life in order to stay on the positive track.
I am currently reading hardwiring Happiness by Rick Hanson, PhD. It gets into the exact details of your brain and the science behind being content, calm, and having confidence. We are still slowly but surely doing the research on the brain to find out exactly what we can do in order to help those who have a chemical imbalance that keeps them from being able to achieve positivity like those who do not have the chemical imbalance. I started following you and hopes to read more on these types of topics.
