How To Use Crypto Without Addiction

in #life8 years ago (edited)

Hey there Commune, the shaman is here,

Cryptocurrency is a very awesome thing in my option but it 's a two-edged sword because it can be very addictive especially if you are using for speculative trading on exchanges or just itself, cause a lots of fancy coin out there on the market and may you have the feeling that i going to invest all of them because of its awesomeness :)

I have just few methods when i working with crypto and always take care of them before i doing anything and that keeps me balanced on the way.

I always trying to just touch it, i mean don't stick to it and don't possess it, because it does not exist as a matter of fact. These are zeros and ones, fictional numbers and nothing more till you can't feel it in your pocket physically but that is another story.  Anyway money has a very harsh and sticky energy which can easily dirt your heart chakra where the addiction is starting to grow and you don't even notice that. In truth we are all addicted to something but there is a golden balance which can be reached with awareness

Identify yourself as a spectator and watch yourself , check your thoughts and feelings and don't let they control you.

If you are thinking too much about crypto or whatever it can be drains your energy... If you get yourself like that situation, then you have to meditate at least 5 minutes and just be aware of you breath or bring your focus into something else what relaxes you. Try to find that point where you are not in your mind's stream and let the shit go.

Cleansing your hearth chakra is easy as pie. Get out in nature and be deeply aware of the birds. Take a hike or meditate outdoors. And the most important is love yourself and others. Thats eliminates all off the blocks from your heart.
