Honestly, I think acupuncture has helped me a lot (particularly the electric stimulation of the needles) but cupping has done very little for me.

i think it depends on the quality of the cups (One colleague got a set of bad cups and basically they don't stick/only have minimal adhesion on the skin). Acupuncture works great for me too but it is very hard to perform at home unless you have prior knowledge of the "acupoints" and have very good hands to precisely manipulate the needles.
