I am not talking theory it is happening right now. "once it stalls they will just devote more attention into whatever is next" <- There is nothing next it already happened and they have nothing next.

You talk about population growth like it is soon but this problem is now NO MORE advances in computers from next year forward and the world is going to burn because of it.

"Science never stops progressing and learning new and better ways to do things. " Wrong ask Rome about the sewer technology that disappeared . Or the Greeks having steam power before the sacking of Alexandria. And of course the Antikythera mechanism. Honest that statement scares me in to wondering how many others are so complacent.

You are actually proving my point. Those system became obsolete and humanity moved on to newer and better technologies. When one way fails humanity will find another.
