Sales Book Vision

in #life5 years ago (edited)

Now this is just a concept my friends and I discussed, whereby the premise is that you write a sales book with no experience in sales and you end up rich off it.
As I said this was just a concept but would it be classed as a scam because you have sold a book in regards to sales with never have participated in that environment, or would it be justified purely of the fact that you have sold your idea to thousands.

On the scam side of thinking you would have people saying they have been tricked[Sold] a book where the author never made sales as most people would perceive it.So we discussed and we feel there would be outrage if the truth had been exposed by many but we weren't certain it would be justifiable.
I mean technically to have a successful selling book you would have to sold many copies, you would have to sold the idea of your book through advertisement. Realistically if the book depicts your sale strategies would the book have actually been a fraud.

If you have any input on this concept let me know, I currently sway to the side where its not a con but would love to here other perspectives and even examples of this model because I'm sure there must be a few out there.

Thanks for the read, AstroRamsey
