Letting go. People say sometimes letting go is the hardest thing to do. Well brothers and sisters I tell you once you have done it, it may or may not be one of the best decisions you have made in your life. What I am writing this article for today is to share the knowledge of how to raise your vibrations and to evolve into the person you were meant to be. I will do so in five steps, if you would be so kind as to heed my advice, which has helped me so throughout my life.
Step one: Let go. As stated before, letting go may or may not be easy for some people. Once you have done it however it will become increasingly clear that letting go was the only choice we may have had in the first place. Letting go of things such as grudges, feuds, debts etc allows us to fill that space in us with other good things and new partnerships friendships as well as energies. Holding on to old stagnant things at times can be a detrimental practice which not only hurts you but the ones you hold dear.
Step two: Disassociate yourself from negative thinking. It may not be easy, or it might just be. When you begin to catch those little thoughts that say you are lesser than, or you can't because, you begin to gain control. It is all about leaving old harmful thought patterns behind and forming new positive and beneficial ones.
Step three: Letting go of toxic food. Since we where kids we've heard the old adage over and over again. you are what you eat. Well a good buddy of mine who got his degree in biochemistry really put it into perspective for me. Our body breaks down the foods that we eat. We take those proteins and nutrients and make up our body from them. Literally every seven years your entire body has changed. Think about that, wouldn't you rather be putting natural healthy power building foods into your body instead of genetically modifies toxins?
Step four: Letting go of people who bring you down. Sometimes people around you deeply influence you. Your thoughts, your behaviors and even your actions can be greatly influenced by the people you have around you. Be your own well of power. Become your own fountain of strength. You do not need anyone else to confirm who you are. Be independent. This does not mean you should push everyone away from you, on the contrary. If you truly wish to be good to those surrounding you, first you must learn to be good to yourself. It's a fact.
Step five. Letting go of negative music, television, news and radio. When you watch television you are in an alpha brain wave state. When you are in this state you are much more susceptible to outside influences. The average American watched about 4-5 hours of television a night. They're called television programs for a reason. Be aware of the music you listen to, the messages being delivered to your subconscious. You are a beautiful gentle love being. You are not meant to hate nor are you meant to be hated.
