Acidic Foods?
Acidic foods are those that once eaten leave an acidic residual in our bodies. They decrease the pH of our blood and bodily fluids. Most of the time they are unhealthy foods that cause deterioration of our bodies and minds. You should limit your diet to no more than 20% of acidic foods.

Alkaline Foods?
Alkaline foods are those that when eaten leave an alkaline residual in our bodies. You might think a lemon is actually acidic and it is outside of the body, but once it reaches the stomach they produce an alkaline solution. These foods are healthier and necessary for healing and optimal wellness. You should include at least 80% of alkaline foods into your diet

Bravo you received my full upvote. I didn't know this. This is very informative, didn't realize meats were so acidic. Also, didn't know only vegetables are primarily alkaline. Also, I'll know now to eat cucumbers when I'm feeling sick! Keep it up - this was a great post.
