Oil palm still young

Good night my friend, this is my palm oil, I photographed this kelapa palm is still young can not be harvested or we can not pick from palm tree or not old.

Usually this oil palm can be harvested only around its age a few weeks.and then we can pick and harvest it is sold to the factory, in this palm oil mill in if it will be oil, but I do not understand how, just know a little, but which obviously oil palm is in if it becomes cooking oil .
