Sometimes all the bullshit can make life a bit richer. I know that sounds crazy but I think it is healthy to feel the highs and the lows. Each emotion helps you develop as a person. Sometimes its the nitty, gritty, ugly things in this life that when faced with them -your response (whatever it is) starts to help you define yourself inwardly.

When faced with adversity its always helpful to have gone through it a few times before.. If your set upon by negative emotions or people just feel it out... it will help you learn about yourself. Even if you come out the other side of a conflict a little worst for it... Who cares that's the tapestry of this life. It takes all the colors to make something that is rich and beautiful to look at. Dramas usually break hearts but there is a reason people still watch them. Sometimes the deepest sorrows can generate the most wonderful of creations. Anyways - I like this post.
