By the way, if dousing works for anyone on a regular basis, it would be people who already have a keen sense of figuiring out where water might be based on environmental clues (tree and plant growth, erosion, etc) - and then it would work via ideomotor signals interpreting their subconscious internal assessment (still no supernatural or magnetic forces).
