I feel RELIEVED by this post! "The best we can do in regard to the ongoing dynamic movement from yin to yang, is to reduce the intensity and extremity of these shifts." That too, is my experience. And endlessly beating myself up for not staying on that knife-edged point of balance was becoming a negative. Lovely and important post!

Yes! Glad it helps. Yeah, I too have found oo much pressure on trying to always be "in balance." When I realised that it will always be shifting, and to work with it instead, the pressure is off :)
