You can also add a teaspoon of baking soda to 8-12 ounces of water and drink that an hour after meals to help as well. I personally try this and it works like a charm. You should use a little more if you weigh more. Also, don't drink it during meals because it neutralizes your stomach acids. Great info in this post and I'll be trying out these alternative ways as well. Thank you!
