life with positive thoughts (3 steps to be positive in life)

We all have problems in our life, some of those problems are just to much for us. And you start to ask why me, my life and all of our lives is filled with challenges that make it very difficult to be positive sometimes.

I am constantly striving to see good things that happened to me, to see the positive aspect of life. But is not that easy. But I’ve taken 3 steps that makes it so much easier for me to see the good things about life, because all problems have their own solution. And to be more positive in life.

Step one : look for positive things in life

We all have our up’s and down’s in our life, do not count the down side of life remember all the good things that happened in your life and treasure them, but don’t also forget the down side, all the problems that you encounter, because we learn a lot of things and lessons in that moment to, there's no easy way in life so be positive .

Step two : share positivity with others, friends and family

Best way to do this is simple. Be nice to other people around you, greet them with a smile. Tell someone he/she looks nice today.

Tell your parents and true friends how much you love them and how great they are. Because in times of need your true friends are there to help you, especially your family that will help you always no matter what. When they are feeling down cheer them up because they will do the same for you.

Step three : stay away from negativity

You want to live a positive life, stay away from negative people, because people with negative vibes will not encourage you but they will drag you down.
You also need to get rid of some of your negative thoughts. This process is not easy but all things takes time.
