Are you logging? It's probably not necessary given your menu plans, but it might show you when things are off and why.
Does steemit count as logging? 🙂

If only it were that easy! You probably know I mean one of those webpages like fitday where you put in amounts and they give you back your nutrient values. I end up not doing that because I don't like measuring my recipes.
But it clears up a lot of mysteries.
