Bear with me fellow Steemians, you see I got it wrong, so I am righting it now. Here is the ending to my post from Saturday.
The rain fell on the Sunshine Coast, a bit later than the Weather Bureau forecasted predicted but yah it did come. It not only rained, it poured. The garden is soaking wet and happy.
But, I have a feeling of guilt because sadly, a big portion of Queensland, the drought stricken parts got a little sprinkle. What the heck rain clouds, go to the farmer’s properties please. Help them The State Government has made the decision to set up a committee to investigate increasing financial support to farmers. I can’t understand why they just don’t start giving the desperate farmers this money now.
Thank goodness the coverage on the drought appeal is big so everyone is hearing and taking action.
It would be even better if we could control the rain, come on Mother Earth let it rain on the dry farms.

the government has to set up panels to study these matters don't ya know..probably study the situation for months, if that doesn't work they'll set up a committee to oversee the panel.
Haha, you are so right janton, governments are the same everywhere. I hope change will be coming one day.

That is a beautiful garden you have. Gardens always look nice soaked in rain. I wish you lots of rain in the future. We have had the opposite problem this summer.
Morning, we had a dry summer too. Winter has been different which is not normal for us.
