4cups flour 2tbsp yeast 2tsp salt 1 1/2 cup warm water 1/4 cup olive oil mix yeast water rest 5min add oil sugar salt then add to flour mixture and let it rest for hour prepare your pan and filling bake at 180 till cheese has melted or turn brown
