Microdeath
Sometimes we experience microdeath without noticing it. It's about reflecting on changing the worldview. Usually we look at the reflection in its results, but we do not notice the process. As for the process of reflection, the change in the point of view remains, as it were, in the dark, beyond the limits of clear consciousness. Only the start point and the point of arrival to the new position are highlighted.
This falling out of continuity can be related to what can conditionally be called microdeath - that is, some kind of pause or break in the process of thinking, attention and flow of consciousness.
