This is like the ERE (early retirement extreme) strategy which is robust. The only issue I have with it is that you can create AUTOMATED income if you are an effective creator. It's much easier to build weath by creating something (think any business from small to Apple) and they got rich providing immense value in a product. Automated vs. Passive income I guess.
