Court in Oklahoma City, United States, decided a female teacher who raped a 15-year-old boy was required to pay a compensation of US $ 1 million.
The Boston Herald reported on Thursday, August 17, 2017, that judge Robin Cauthron said a teacher named Jennifer Caswell had been in a relationship with a male student until the teenager had a vision.
According to Oklahoman's website, the male student and his father demanded Caswell and school in Hollis District for what happened in 2015. It also includes sex in the classroom.
"Victims complain of being burdened with what's happening," said the judge Cauthron.
"She has been humiliated when her friends hurt her and the stranger asked about the scandal."
But Caswell, who is currently in prison, says he has no money to pay for the boy's damages.
This compensation is settled by the city government that will bear the payment. However, the compensation payment was reduced to US $ 125 thousand to settle the damages caused by rape in the United States.
