I went to college to do sound engineering and DAWs
One thing I learned about was the formation of the ear, how we hear sound and how we perceive it, how sound travels through solids and air and more. I also learned about various problems and ways to mitigate, use or solve things like standing waves and unwanted reflections.
Years after, I am interested in light reading of scientific subjects such as (in no particular order of importance) quantum theory, how light works, how computers work and other stuff like how phased signals can be combined then split to allow more info and multiple info types to be sent down wires, even using things like house mains electric to send internet signals.
One thing that still consistently strikes me is, its all vibrations.
The humble sine wave is the basis for everything, ever.
Good Concept!
