I ran into Survival Lilly's youtube channel last year and watched a bunch of her videos, along with other people. She has an interesting channel. If I had property in the country, I'd be doing stuff just to experiment with the various things.
Another rabbit hole you might want to check out which kind of goes along with bushcrafting is guerilla gardening, growing food in hidden gardens in the woods. :-)
