Garden diary #3 | Fresh young coconut water

Today is sunny and really hot. This makes working in the garden is more challenging than the usual weather. At time like this, it's best to refresh myself by drinking iced sweet water. I saw many young coconuts are hanging on their trees. I was imagining about making special drink from young coconut water, thinking about it made me drooling. So, Me and some friends decided to pick down the young coconuts from the tree and make fresh sweet water.

Okay, let's go pick the young coconuts.

This is the tree. It's not too tall but not everybody can climb it up. Only skilled ones can do it.

We have our little man to pick the young coconuts down, he is very skilled in climbing tree. He climbed the tree in no time. And there he is...

And here are our young coconuts. Looks fresh 😋

Now, to get the water from the coconuts, we need to put a hole on it. We're working on it. Not only water, we also take its young yummy flesh and mix it together.

Next step, we put some syrup, ice, and lemon into the bowl and mixed it together.

Tada...! Fresh young coconut water is ready! There are four of us. I think the water is more than enough for us.

Okay, lets drink everyone

The drink tasted so good when it flew through my throat. I felt like in fairy place, ah...so fresh and cool. I remember a line said The best drink is the one that you drink when you're thirsty 😋 , I totally agree with that.
