Ingredients :
1 chicken, cut some parts
3 bay leaves
2 stem sere (geprek)
2 segments of turmeric (puree)
1 tbsp coriander
to taste salt
to taste powdered broth
3 grains of pecan (puree)
6 cloves of garlic (puree)
1 segment of ginger (puree)
2 segments laos (puree)
to taste water
Steps:
Ground-based pan, salam, sere, coriander, salt, powdered broth and all spices
Add the chicken to the pan, add a little bit of water to cover all the chicken surface
boil over low heat, remove if the water starts to shrink and the seasoning is perfect
