Hi @edgarare1 this is such a nice post. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I believe meditation helps our mind and body to relax and focus whole energy at single point and rhat is called concentration. I do meditation in the morning but timings varies due to work schedules. But when i do meditation and yoga for 15 minutes in morning, i feel more energetic with relaxed mind. So its the best way to keep our mind and innerself calm.

Yeah, I agree with you, meditation is the biggest one for our body and mind, to be relax all the time and feel in peace everyday is amazing....!!!
