Think about why you are having a thought, and then think about why it actually bothers you. Running away will not solve anything. Have a conversation with yourself.
Well said in this line and if we follow that then for sure we can get our problems resolved. A positive approach is highly required to get over of it. Thanks @chbartist for the nice post.
