The beautiful spirit Wayne Dyer once said while talking about "the power of intention": THINK FROM THE END, the ancient traditions like Judaism, chrsitanity talk about the same notion, in islam; the prayers mentioned in quran has a variety of thought, but one of them is thinking also from the end, as if what you want is already there.
In many of his speaches; Dr. Gregg Braden talk of the same notion, create a balanced thought and emotions as if you are experiencing what you want.
Note how many things point in the same direction, to elwborate; be thankful for where you are now, acknowledge your status quo, think of better things while being in balance, but dont need it, dont cling to it, feel fine whether you have it or not, and live it in your mind as if you are already have it l.
There is a beautiful verse ch 14, verse 34 in quran that goes like: "and he (Allah) gave you all what you have asked for" look closely, allah already gave you what you already have asked for, meaning any prayer or any request that you already though of and will ask for you were already given, all you need to do is to open your eyes, slow down and focus.
It is great good health to believe, as the Hindus do, that there are 33 million gods and goddesses in the world. It is great good health to want to understand one's dreams. It is great good health to desire the ambiguous and paradoxical.
