How To Use The Brain More Powerful

Today I will write a short paragraph about "How To Use The Brain More Powerful"

If the amount of knowledge available to us today is GREATER THAN IT HAS EVER BEEN, then why do most people feel like they have less control over their lives instead of feeling more empowered?

The most critical element that separates KNOWLEDGE from WISDOM is the ability to be creative.

Let me emphasize that creativity is, indeed, an ability. It is one of the SUPERPOWERS that we ALL possess but seldom employ. This is why there are so many that have KNOWLEDGE, but so few that have WISDOM. The secret to unlocking the penthouse of wisdom lies in HOW we use our brains!

Let me illustrate the way this works. At the library, they offer internet availability to their patrons. Included in this capability is a sensor that censors “naughty” material from being accessed by the public. A useful tool for a public entity. Unfortunately, most people use their brains in exactly the same way.

Let me explain. You are aware, of course, that there are two different ways that your mind works.

One is the conscious mind and the other is the subconscious mind. The conscious mind has its own sensors that censor your ideas from the practical to the impractical. This censor places limitations on your conscious thoughts in a very judgmental way. If your judgement or influences (limitations either self-imposed or imposed by friends, relatives, business associates or enemies) tell your brain that an idea is dumb or impossible, that is ample encouragement for your brain to move on to something more “practical”.

Your subconscious mind is a completely different animal. It has no sensors that censor. The subconscious mind has no limitations and no boundaries. Your imagination is free to explore for solutions unshackled.

Let’s define the unsolved opportunity (problem) and identify the solution. When you travel from one country to another, you need a passport. When you “travel” from the conscious state of mind to the unconscious state of mind, the boundary is frequently blurry due to fatigue.

If you are a person that has a SINGLENESS OF PURPOSE, your mind is occupied by one thought, one goal, one driving force and one singular focus. Success pundits, the most famous of whom is Napoleon Hill (Think and Grow Rich), tell us that Singleness of Purpose is an essential element to achievement. Further, we are told that when employed, singleness of purpose, produces a sixth sense. This can be interpreted as receiving “help and inspiration” from our Creator or the Universe. Intense focus produces this sixth sense, an answer or a series of events that seem to come out of nowhere, and places events in their proper order for achieving the desired outcome.

In today’s world of multi-distraction, there is very seldom a Singleness of Purpose. The question of “What outcome am I seeking?” is asked infrequently and dispassionately. When people are passing through the boundary from the conscious mind to the subconscious mind, their thoughts are typically a review of that day’s events. They think of all the things that didn’t go the way they wanted them to go. They think about all the people that treated them unfairly. They think about all the stuff that is going on in their life that they wish wasn’t happening.

This is the “passport” that they carry from the conscious mind, through the checkpoint, to the subconscious mind. When you have Singleness of Purpose, by definition, you are thinking about solving the issues related to that one purpose as you cross the border to sub consciousness. You are priming the subconscious mind to use its unlimited capacity to solve the issues related to that individual focus.

The result is that the sixth sense, that part of your mind that works without censorship, is enabled to produce unencumbered solutions.

That five minutes of time, where your mind is being transformed from consciousness to sub consciousness, is critical for the creative process to work at full strength. The value of the creative mind is the difference between having answers and having solutions. It is the difference between KNOWLEDGE and WISDOM.

If it seems that some people have “more” brains than other people, it is not their quantity of brain matter. It is the difference between using a hand saw or an electric saw. It is the power of the cut and not the volume of teeth.

Before you go to sleep each night, in that final five minutes before you “cross the border”, make sure that you focus on outcomes that you want to see happen. See yourself performing the deed, accomplishing the goal, and crossing the finish line to solutions you haven’t completely solved yet. Stamp your passport with creative ink and allow your brain to maximize its creative SUPERPOWER.

The human mind is similar to a computer that has been infected with a number of viruses. If you remove those viruses, you are able to restore the computer to working at its peak state. The conscious mind fights to retain the viruses (AKA the misinformation deposited into our brains through various media and social contacts of a lifetime). The subconscious mind operates not only on the physical data that is fed to it by the conscious mind, it also functions through wave lengths that are undetectable to our consciousness. Like a radio wave that travels undetected in the atmosphere, we must become cognizant that waves of energy related to the human mind travel undetected. We make adjustments to the antenna to increase reception in our electronic devices. We must also empower our personal radar to receive the SIGNAL from the Universal Source. The subconscious mind is the TERMINAL to receive these signals.

Do you agree with my thoughts on this topic or what do you think about it?
