This technology has been in development for some time. Governments have been ready to implement this on society. I don't really think everyone fully understands the ramifications of such a criminal system or way of prosecution. I can't possibly trust the system in which people are then coined criminals without ever committing a crime. This disturbs me greatly... I will have to keep my hope for the future and protest this in any reasonable format that I can... Without any violent or negative methods.
