Why Did It Come To This?

Playing videogames is said to be a form of entertainment similar to movies and music, that should actually entertain and pour out stress from our busy lives.

Well that isn't true for Tom Currie, 24-year old New Zelander, that decided to leave everything behind and start Pokemon-hunting on his smartphone.

Regardless of popularity he gained on social networks, this is just another case of  obsessive/addicting videogame to make devs filthy rich. And with Nintendo struggling to deliver with Wii U, this sounds like a dirty cash-in move. But how about the potential risks in terms of distraction, especially for kids playing this game in dangerous environments?

I have decided not to play this game or review it as a form of protest. I might be the only one not to enjoy it, and I'm damn proud.

Yes, and will continue to wear it. Seems it increases his own youtube views.
