The human brain has been studied for decades by scientists, but it remains a mystery. Indeed, the great mystery is the human mind that is the life itself of this organ. Except for the period in which we sleep, the human mind works without stopping with or without our will. However, many times the fruits of its work can be detrimental to our physical and mental health as well as to our material, social, or personal well-being and fulfillment. The greatest wise men have discovered over time that thoughts create the reality that we live in. To our aid come psychologists and scientists who confirm their wisdom.
Given that "the mind is in our hands", we can put into practice different tricks to use it for productive purposes and to change our lives for the better and truly enjoy the capabilities we have at our disposal. In today's post I will introduce the method of David Michigan, a famous life coach and mental trainer, who has developed a six-step program of self-hypnosis using your mind that allows you to access your subconscious and change your life for the better. Here are the six steps, according to huffingtonpost.com:
1. The goal
First of all, you need to set a precise purpose. Once you have set it, write on paper, as if you were ordering something(for example: loose 10 pounds in three months). Then it is very important to look for 20 seconds on what you wrote to memorize well, then look no further at the sheet.
2. Relaxation
For the second step, you have to find a place to feel safe and relaxed. Stay in sit or stretch, in a comfortable position. Then close your eyes, breathe deeply and relax.
3. Induction
Relax your eyelids completely so you feel like keeping your eyes closed. And when you feel that your eyelids are relaxed enough, test them for two seconds to find out if they really remain closed.
After this step, relax your body completely. (If you open your eyes, it means that your eyelids are not relaxed enough, so you have to relax even more until your eyes remain locked)
4. The assertion
For this step, repeat your goal in mind. Repeat it three times, listening to your voice in your mind. Many people feel that they hear in their mind a voice that does not resemble their own, but do not alarm: it is your subconscious that speaks to you.
5. The imagination
Now imagine that you already have what you want, that you are the way you want it. Include every possible detail in the imagined scene and feel in the inner joy that you have achieved what you wanted. Stay in this phase for about five minutes, fully living your inner experience.
6. The Awakening
For the last step, count slowly in mind from 1 to 5, breathing deeply. Then open your eyes.
It is important to repeat this auto-hypnosis therapy once a day to effectively program your purpose in mind. The more times you repeat, the sooner you will have the desired results.

Very precise described Albert Einstein the huge power of the mind and it's ability to achieve goals through the use of imagination: “Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.”
