I’ve been blessed to live in various places across the United States throughout my time here on earth. My father was a traveling salesman and took my mom and I with him as he journeyed in search of opertunity.
I’ve seen many places and stayed at time at many of those location throughout my childhood. Briefly my father ventured up to the Pacific Northwest and stayed for almost two years in Astoria Oregon, it was then I fell in Love with this beautiful part of our country.
I moved my family up here about 6 years ago and only wish I had made the move decades before I did. There is something so empowering about living where you feel so alive and apart of the environment.
I have learned so much about myself and the world I am a part of since moving here. I tried my hand at many new challenges like gardening for example, and found it to be rewarding even though I am now gifted naturally in this area. We were able to glean some from our investment of time and energy but not as much as we had hoped for. We continue to learn and experiement each year and are slowly growing.
I believe each of us should streatch our limits and explore the world until we find a place that feeds our very souls. This is by no means easy, but rewarding beyond measure I assure you.
