That's great having cheap land rent. I'd like to buy some of those vegetables.
The rent for an acre of land is only $15 a year
I almost coughed when read only $15 a year. That is not cheap. That is super super cheap.
one might even say "dirt cheap".... pun intended... hahahaha.. sorry i couldn't resist. it is great to be able to find places that will lease you their land at such a great rate. sadly here where i live land is at a premium. leasing an unimproved acre of land for gardening can run 200-300 a month... definitely not cheap.
