Ramadhan is a month for tranining my self to resist things that useless. This training is beneficial to physical and mental health. I coach my stomach to eat less food and my mental to resist the apetite.
I pen this post on the end of Ramadhan 2021. What I learnt from this year?
My days were full of social services. I accompanied children to study, did campaign a healthy food to rural community, and distributed food for poor people.
Though I didn't do rituals, I did social services. Until a teacher said that a good thing in Ramadan is not simply doing rituals in mosque. People could do the good thing based on their basis of jobs.
Many got goodness of Ramadhan by reciting Quran, while the others got it from cultivating a tree, donating foods to poor people, etc.
So, what is your lesson for Ramadhan this year?
