Questions to the enlightened ones

Does censorship to a conservative point of view fall under this definition of a hate crime?
If censorship does/has occurs because of a conservative voice booming the Internet would that be considered bullying as in a hate crime?
To the:
Liberals or leftist if and when the conservative free speech according to the will of the enlightened is censored will it be okay if you also lose your free speech? If not would that be a hate crime according to your ilk?
