I think he makes a good point that it's better for people to admit they had been racist in the past, than not talk about it. I'm not sure if Liam Neeson was sickened by his desire to kill someone, or his racism, or both though.

Yeah its good because then you can try to become less racist and prejudice which we all hold a small amount of because of society and the environment we are brought up in.
