Did you know that Joseph wasn't wearing a Coat in the Bible. He was wearing a Princess Dress. More mistranslation as part of the cover- up. I'm pleased that the LGBTQI+ community, as well as some academics have actually picked up on this one.
The actual word used is Ketonet Passim. It means Princess Dress.
In Genesis 49:22 it describes Joseph as a fruitful bough by a well, whose branches run over the wall.
In the Torah, men are ' in the field' and women are ' at the well' or ' dwelling in the tents'.
Joseph was one of the main gender neutral/ transgender characters. There is a lot to the story which I'll go into another day!
