RE: great new philosophy tube video

My ancestors were communists and Partisans for a very good reason. In that moment of time *(1850 - 1940) it was a good idea. And noble idea. The idea of justice as well.

The problem is that the technology changed since WWII and the whole logic of production and the establishment of values changed.

1900 - We need to plough the field in late autumn *(capitalist expert, value 0, common sense)
2000 - We need to introduce the Lys on the active site 256 on the enzyme XPZ in order to ... *(capitalist expert, value is infinite, the unique knowledge)

If we look at countless examples of Communist vs Capitalist economy *(not for the poorest countries) we will see the same pattern. Once the borders are opened for trading, the economy of communist country collapses in a year. Examples: HUN, YUG, ROM, BUL, ALB... And it takes decades to fix it up and re-establish modest living standard again.

Communism has helped people liberate themselves from western colonialism around the entire globe

Partially true. Again, my family was in Partisans during WWII and before.
The question is... Why all the people from Yugoslavia go to GER/AUT? Why all the people from TUN, MAR, ALG, LEB go to France? Yes, they tried to enslave us 50+ years ago, but now their system is way better.

Post-modernism

Ok... May you give me one example. One country that is more successful in any measurable parameter in comparison with a capitalist counterpart?

We tested communism in Eastern Europe in many shades and versions.
The result was always the same: lagging behind in technology, not competitive products, irrational production of goods. Once the borders are opened, it brings emigration, import of foreign goods, terrible export/import ratio, inflation of currency and the poverty comparable to Africa. Seriously, we ate pigeons and sparrows!?
