It was revealed that Pastor Jeon Kwang-hoon of Sarang Jeil Church offered to pay activity fees to church members who bring participants to a rally opposing the impeachment of President Yoon Seok-yeol.
On the 16th, Pastor Jeon held a 'Capital Region Freedom Village Rally' at Sarang Jeil Church in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, and broadcasted it live on his YouTube channel.
During the event, Pastor Jeon stated, "We need to mobilize 10 million people for the rally against President Yoon Seok-yeol's impeachment. I will pay 50,000 won per person to church members who bring people to the rally." He added, "I would like to give 500,000 won each, but I am out of money, so I will give 50,000 won each. I will also cover your phone bills. Spread the word quickly through your mobile phones."
Pastor Jeon emphasized, "If we can bring people out well, we can gather 35 million people. We need to establish a second founding of the nation. This country has become unusable and is completely ruined." Another pastor attending the event said, "The media will take pictures again, saying that the patriotic forces are receiving money. Do not count the money outside, just put it in."
In the video currently uploaded on the YouTube channel, Pastor Jeon's remarks about "supporting activity fees" have been edited out.
Truly remarkable individuals.
Offering money to those who will protest for the country.
It would be delightful if their assets were confiscated by the state treasury.
I sincerely hope they donate all their wealth to the nation.
