As a moderator of a small community I always try to help new users and the first advice I give is to interact, interact and interact.
Those who do not interact and want to have everything right away and with little effort will do little good here on Hive and will drop out in no time.

It is sad how quickly people drop out. I guess it is a sign of the times. Few are willing to work for anything.
Of course, their success rate on Twitter or YouTube is not likely any better.
