I think Blockchain can be hack ,if not why is Coinbase hack recently,and coins are being remove from Coinbase and transfer to other exchange like binance,this makes Coinbase change their principle of register and makes binance block some users account
A binance account can be hacked just like your Facebook account can be hacked because you login binance using Gmail but it doesn't mean blockchain can be hacked.

Hacking is deeper than just stealing. So even though you give one access to your account unknowingly it is still called hacked
A gamefi project was hacked recently and it's a Decentralized game but was hacked due to one of thier partners interoperability project because the hacked project is a metaverse
Normally in blockchain there should not be scam but there are many scam and rugpull which looks Centralised
