No, Hive works well.
It looks like a bug in how leofinance deals with auto-reblog feature.
You prepared two transactions, first that sends post with a given permlink, second that reblogs that post. First failed, but second was executed anyway, even though it shouldn't.
No, post doesn't have to exist. Re-blogging is just, a custom_json operation, and as such it's just some custom operation... that doesn't really even have to be a valid json ;-)
