Breaking: 2 More New Theta Validator Nodes, 1 With 1.5 Million Theta

I just noticed that we have 2 new Theta validator nodes. So, in today, there are now 19 validator nodes. The biggest of the new ones have 1.5 million Theta and the second one has 350K.
