I also prefer the first option: only participants who meet the requirements.
but if there are no participants then the second option might be applicable: to broaden the requirements...
In this case, however, previous activity within Leofinance should be an important requirement otherwise the computer could go to those who will not publish on Leofinance.

        This is an excellent point from the beginning I have said that the numbers speak more than a thousand words and all the pertinent information can be found on the blockchain. very successful and thanks for bringing it up!
