Hello Steemit Community!

So after some consideration and research i decided to buy a hardware wallet, i compared the current market options and i choosed Ledger because is the one with a more application simplicity and interface and with more coin supports in the market.

So i order a Ledger Nano S 10 days ago and with all the sold out and pre-order signs i was expecting to receive it in April as was expected to ship after 27 March and would take 7-10 working days. Pretty crazy the wallet is sold out, this just show how much people are getting into crypto and much important caring about their coins security.

But 6 days ago i received this email

I was pretty impressed they were able to ship and produce very soon that was expected. I got even more suprised when i got the parcel today, what was expected to be 7-10 working days was in reality 3 working days.

I follow the instructions on the Get Started paper and starting save the 24 memoric phrases to restore in case i lost, i got a sign in one of the phrases...

FUCKING MOON :D

I understand the usage pretty fast, is user-friendly and there is alot of tutorials and a very community to ask if you need to understand something.

I strongly recommend buying a Ledger, is very user-friendly, supports alot of coins and is a must to secure your crypto and using wallets and exchanges like etherdelta because private key doesnt leave the device and is not hackable.
If you didnt bought one yet you can buy it here

Do you have any hardware wallet or you plan to buy one?

I think, it's absolutely right to recommend buying a Ledger, is very user-friendly, supports alot of coins and is a must to secure your crypto and using wallets and exchanges like etherdelta because private key doesnt leave the device and is not hackable.

I also got my Ledger a few months ago. I really like how user-friendly it is and that it supports all ERC-20 tokens. Gongrats !

P.S. I read about a vulnerability on the ledger - something like when you confirm your address to transfer crypto, it shows a hackers address, so you should double check it.

No support to all erc-20, you can only send and receive eth, is a feature they should implement but you can myetherwallet with ledger and protect your private key.
The vulnerability is a Man-in-the-middle attack, basically all systems are kinda vulnerable with that, is not a specific vulnerability on ledger, always double check the address and you good :)
Thanks for the comment

Does the newer ledger nano comes with a larger memory capacity? I got mine back in the days and I can't have more than 5 crypto install on the nano. If i want more crypto on the nano, I'll have to delete one and install the next.

I dont know about it, im only using 4 at the moment.
