Well, they are what they are; we've never prompted anyone to write a review or rate the book - either favorably or unfavorably. We've never even seriously promoted the book, at all. There are many more reviews on goodreads.com and on Amazon UK that are as favorable as the few that are in the U.S. market. In fact, the book was the Number One Best Seller in 2 categories for almost 2 and a half years in the UK and about a year in Italy.
Even the most critical reviews were honest and had something positive to say. (Except for one Italian who hated it but didn't say why.)
Additionally, the sales and reviews don't reflect those reading in the Kindle Unlimited offer; several hundreds of pages are read per day.
Since we don't have the "influence" that Hillary Clinton has to erase negative reviews, I'd take what is written as honest appraisals.
