How To Learn German FAST! like a native speaker

Learned German at school - didn't work, couldn't start speaking
Studied with a private tutor - didn't really work, she was too kind :)
Goethe Institute - kind of worked
2 weeks in Germany in a language school with German family - WORKED!!! Get scholarship to study in Dresden.
