These are very true. In return you would get loyalty from your people which cannot be purchased. Love your people and your people will take care of your business. Hurtful words like "The business would run with or without you! " this would not help and would feel like a threat for your people. Sad to say there are a lot of leaders out there who doesn't know the essentials of a good leader. I said too much 😂. Cheers!
