FREQUENCY is defined as: the rate at which something occurs or is repeated over a particular period of time or in a given sample (like a vibrational wave).

Frequency is important because when it comes to attracting what you desire, you can't just think of what you want ONCE, the desire needs to be repeated and reinforced over and over.

Have you ever thought of someone and all of a sudden a song comes on the radio that reminds you how you feel about them, a picture of them tumbles out of a stack of papers, one of their Facebook status updates pop up when you haven't seen them in months and then you finally see them and you just KNEW you would because there were all these indicators everywhere?

Joe Vitale always says 'Start with a car', so let's say there's a car you really want...engage all of your senses as if you had the car RIGHT NOW.

Place pictures of the car from every angle all over your walls and he stats of the car on your bathroom mirror; search online for all info regarding that car. Imagine what color it will be. What size is the engine? Go test drive it! How awesome was that new car smell?

If you let all the variations of that experience blend with your DNA and it increase the thought rate and frequency of that item and it is practically yours.

ENERGY is the stream and the transfer; getting the world to feel you and connect. Enthusiasm! Excitement! It's the revving of the engine and the 'GRRRRR' of your intent.

The Frequency is the mental sensibility but your Energy gives it color and VROOM and is the reserve of Fuschia jet fuel that propels you forward!!

In the case of attracting a car, Energy is the passion and the optimism and irresistible pull towards doing whatever you need to do for the Frequency of the car to reinforce itself in reality without you having to actively visualize, ie HAVING it. Which brings us to The Work.

VIBRATION is the work; the friction; the struggle.

Vibration is how your physical world changes to accommodate your desire.

Vibration IS the realization of your desire BECOMING.
