RE: Supreme Court of Pennsylvania Middle District Commits Mail Fraud and Attempts to Violate my Rights

FYI he whoever claims must prove it. If you decide to go claiming your status you will then have to prove it. but since you are going against a fictional entity, to even try to go against such a thing(if such a thing could even exist, like Santa Clause) you would then inadvertently without even having to mention it, acknowledge the existence of "state" and thus fall into "their" trap. Their trap of course being jurisdiction.

One would have to first have to demand they first provide proof that the code of laws, constitution, statutes etc actually apply to you. but being how the claiment is not existing, they aren't really going to do that. so what can we do here?

Motion for dismiss and motion of discovery/brady request and unsigned plea of guilty (to show good intention).

demand evidence that proves they have jurisdiction (they don't have and they know it) otherwise motion for dismiss or to be put on terminal hold. of course they won't do that either.
It's a game of word play really.

One can ask softball questions like "Do I have the right to a fair and meaningful hearing, here today? yes (good) no (on what grounds?) (they say no by either lying or not answering your question. pretend you asked a different question and say a bunch of bs that isn't what you asked for, they may talk about how long they have been on the job, which is not relevant, they may say there are lawyers you can pick, again not what you asked for, etc etc etc and then finish with a question that is not your responsibility or obligation to answer so objection point of clarification, clear out all the bs they said, go back to the question on the table and get that fucking yes answer because that is the only real answer.

It will be a kangaroo court.

@antisocialist what happened to the No State Project? https://marcstevens.net why is it down?

His you tube is there, for now.
If you archive it by downloading the videos that would be a good thing, imo.
