The governor of one of the most famous States of America - home to most large joint-stock companies - has officially signed a law authorizing state legal entities to use a block for trading stocks and making records of such transactions.
After weeks of waiting, the Governor of the State is John C. Carney Jr. On Friday signed the law . The story began in May 2016 by his predecessor, Jack Markell, who launched the initiative to implement effective technology blocking.
First published in March this year and formally introduced in May, the law quickly found support in the legislature and was adopted.
